What do I need to do in case of a problem with the laptop?

In case of any problem, start with some simple troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device or checking connections. In case the problem persists, please contact our support with a clear description. We will assist in diagnosing the problem and recommending the course of action. Problems covered by the warranty will be addressed.

What do I do to claim a warranty or have a repair?

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us using your order number and problem description. Our department will examine your case and will determine whether it is covered by a warranty. Assuming it is approved, we will take you through repair/replace solutions. The processing time can be different depending on the issue.

What is your policy on refunds and cancellations?

You can cancel the order before it is processed or dispatched. Cancellation might not be possible once the order has gone into production or shipping. Refunds are given upon approval of the eligibility of the return requests, and the product is examined as per our t&c.
